Samish Bay Cheese

Samish Bay Cheese is owned and operated by Roger and Suzanne Wechsler. We farm about 200 acres in the northwest corner of Skagit County, Washington. On the dairy, close to Samish Bay and below Mount Blanchard and the Chuckanut Mountains, we have a mixed herd of Milking Shorthorns, and cross breeds. Our grass-green fields of the Skagit Valley are in an environment well-suited to organic farming.

Our milk, and the milk from another local organic dairy, is used to make our cheese and yogurt. We also sell organic pasture raised beef and veal. Samish Bay Cheese is certified organic by Oregon Tilth.
