This Oyster is larger and meatier than other varieties and has a mild, nutty flavor. The texture is firm but delicate, like a vegan scallop--savory and beautiful! No wonder it's the queen! Always farm fresh and organic.

Bulk mushrooms are packaged in cardboard boxes and keep fresh under refrigeration for up to 10 days. Mushrooms can also be dried and stored in air-tight containers for up to two years.
