Shroom Champ Mushrooms provides a local farm-to-table source for fresh gourmet and functional mushrooms. Our varieties include shiitake mushrooms, pearl oyster mushrooms, blue oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane mushrooms, pink oyster mushrooms and golden oyster mushrooms.

We produce our own Mycelium liquid culture. This is injected into sterilized wheat grain bags. When the grain is fully colonized it is combined with super pasteurized wood sawdust substrate which is then colonized. Then the mature bags are fruited in our climate controlled grow tent. The mushrooms are harvested and refrigerated immediately until shipment.
