Proven mezze experts: Founded in 2012, Mamnoon was a premier Seattle culinary destination serving as a "cultural bridge" between the PNW and Lebanon/Syria. It was one of the city's busiest, most decorated, and most influential restaurants serving more than 1 million unique guests. Adaptable: During COVID, Mamnoon sold to-go containers of its most popular mezze. Sales volume soon required a small separate staff and facility to keep pace. Mamnoon’s name recognition, menu awareness, and goodwill allowed us to break into the best premium independent markets in our community. Growing: Mamnoon's wholesale channel has grown organically by more than 500% since 2022, covering the greater Seattle area. Due to our product category, diverse lineup, and planned multi-contact point locations around the store, we have an unbelievable account retention rate and very high, consistent velocities. Evolving: We have an exciting branding evolution underway, starting with our packaging. We have also rallied around our pipeline to create a fresh approach to merchandising and account activation.
