Xinca Foods Pick up instructions

Our facility is open for pickups Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Trailers can easily access our roll-up loading door located at the back of the building via the street behind the facility. The front entrance is our office and is not used for loading. No lift gate is needed as we have a forklift onsite and we load the pallets on to the truck.

Please have the driver text me (424-644-5081) at least one hour before arrival. This advance notice allows us sufficient time to prepare and stage the pallet for pickup.

We are the second building and the second roll up door to the right once you've enter the driveway through the street. If in the front office the door labeled Not Open to Public is our door and its not unlocked so ring doorbell. 

Because we do not have employees onsite seven days a week, we cannot accommodate unscheduled arrivals. If a driver arrives without prior notice, we may not be available to assist with the pickup.
